"I called Cliff Bergeron Plumbing on Thursday morning around 0800H (8AM). I explained that my toilets were underflowing and my tub was draining very slowly. Mr. Bergeron then asked me what the problem was. Yes. You read that correctly. I told him the problem then he asked me what the problem was. He asked for and was given my address. Based on that information, he could tell me my family name and said that he knew where I was located. He then said, "I'll come out and see what I can do to help you." I explained that I work nights and had just gotten off from work. I waited all morning. I finally gave up around 1330H (1:30PM) and went to sleep after having been up all night. I never received a phone call or a text message. I did call the mobile phone number Mr. Bergeron called me from and was met by an automated voice messaging system. I left a message thanking him for the lesson in his business practices. I stated that when I called I was looking for a plumber, and if he did not want the business, all he had to do was say that. I honestly do thank the man for NOT doing "business" with me since his practices are apparently questionable. I would say don't bother with this person if you are in need of a plumber. If only it were possible to given a negative 10 stars, I would."

"I called Mr Bergeron 2months ago to come look at plumbing ang give me a price,to repair my 77 year old parents sewer lines,he gave me the price and I told him I was going to get a loan for it,called him back the same evening told him I had the loan but it would take three days to pull it all from my account,he told me that was fine,he would do it either the next day after I had the cash or the day after, I have called this man every week since and get excuses and promises to do it in a couple days,he no longer answers my calls and does not call back. I realize that $1400.00 probably isn’t a lot of money to him,but it’s a fortune to me, the last call he answered he told me he was sorry it was taking so long he would rework their schedule and call me in an hr I’m still waiting for that call"
