"I am currently sitting outside on a concrete curb with my cane across my lap in ninety degree weather ('real feel' 100 degrees) waiting for a surgery on the obestrics floor because no one in the 5th floor lobby is reminding anyone about the mask policy that this location supposedly has. There is not even signage on the fifth floor about masking. I would almost rather not have a doctor at all than deal with this level of apathy, negligence, and reckless endangerment. Don't bother bringing your business here if you can help it, especially if you value your life, fertility, or family."

"Sometimes desk/administrative staff have short tempers. The first floor hand sanitizer is always empty and the first floor womens bathroom has no soap which is wild given the pandemic and the obsession with masks. Soap and hand sanitizer should always be filled"
