"The employees @ James Avery are all very nice . They show you the different bracelets. There are many charms that are in glass show cases. The ladies just let you look around until you find what you are looking for. I just got my charm bracelet & I got four charms since then. It is very addicting. I have also found the web sight sometime there are many charms. Some of them are sold. Online the even some gold charms. It's so much to see you have see it for yourself. The prices vary."
"My husband took my necklace charm and earrings to get cleaned on 12/11/21 was to be picked up the next day at 5 pm but he forgot and picked them up today This pic was after he picked them up a week later from being “cleaned” the black lines are from me cleaning it..it looked exactly the same way as it was dropped off! very disappointed in this location. Glad it was free cleaning"
