"A few days ago I came in to look at some jewelry and as I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by what I assumed to be the store manager but was informed before I left that she was a new employee (Kimberly). She met me at the jewelry case with a smile on her face ready to show me anything I was interested in seeing. After looking at a few items I decided on a bracelet and a pair of earrings. I was very pleased with the customer service that Ms. Kimberly and Ms. Farrah showed me during my shopping experience. Before leaving I stopped by the jewelry case again for one more quick look and to assure Kimberly that she was doing great and that I would be back to shop with her in the future and joked that I wouldn't forget her name because my name was also Kimberly.
