"This company is very unreliable! It seems to be a trend of not servicing warranty customers in a timely manner, if at all. It took them 3 weeks to come out for a gas leak and that was after me contacting them and my warranty company numerous times. I told the man who answers the phone my home did not have heat or hot water because I had no gas meter. I have a stoppage case that has been open over 1 month. I contacted another company, paid them out of pocket, and they resolved most of my issue. The only problem that remains is a washer faucet that is clogged. I re-submitted the issue to the warranty company, called Peacher twice last week to schedule an appointment, and the man who answers the phone told me he’d call me back with an appointment last Friday. It’s Wednesday of a new week and I still haven’t heard from him. This company does not treat all customers well. I have now called the reliable company who handled my other issue and they gave me an appointment right away. A BBB complaint was filed against the warranty company and they have refunded my payment for Peachers’ lack of service. I will be dropping said company due to Peacher appearing to be the only plumber they’re contracted with in this area."
