"NOT happy!… I purchased a used vehicle from Auto Tech, and thought it was a pretty good deal at first… About an hour after leaving with the vehicle the weather warmed up, and I realized the AC wasn’t blowing cold so I IMMEDIATELY took it back for them to check out… They put freon in and sent me on my way… but the AC STILL wasn’t blowing cold… After having a reputable mechanic check the vehicle out, it turned out that it needed a new AC compressor as well as a new tie rod & control arm, which also wasn’t evident until after leaving w/ the vehicle… Long story short, I brought it back for them to check out the following Friday and never received a call back… Checked back in w/ them the following Wed and was quoted over $1600 to repair these issues on the vehicle I had JUST purchased from them… I DO understand that you’re always taking somewhat of a chance by purchasing a used vehicle and I probably wouldn’t have expected much if it was several months after the purchase , but I unknowingly drove this vehicle off the lot in need of all these repairs and notified them immediately, but was ultimately told “too bad”… I guess I just have too much faith that people will do the right thing… NEVER again, Auto Tech :-("

"This business worked on a truck we had. First, they double-charged us on items and we had to challenge the bill. We were still charged way too much for the quality of work we received. We paid $4600 to have a water problem fixed. After taking the truck BACK FOUR TIMES to correct the issue. IT WAS NEVER FIXED. It was in worse condition than before we took it there. All I can say is, beware! If I could give zero stars I would."

"Absolutely a disgrace for mechanic shop they are a rip-off scam artist people. The management absolutely sucks not very polite and not very helpful all they want to do is rip people off do not recommend this place at all"
