"I refuse to go back to this NP. Firstly, the office does not feel like an actual doctor's office, there is no front desk and it's dusty and smells weird. The rooms are full of old "hotel like" carpet along with no efficient AC making the room feel muggy. Secondly, she expects patients to come in every single month for a refill of medicine that she knows you need (such as blood pressure meds) just so she can charge insurance for a doctor's visit. My previous doctor made me come every 3-6 months not every single month. No working person can take a day off of work just to come sit in the office for her to just give me a refill. Ridiculous. The receptionist is very nice and that is the only positive I can think of."
