"Berry Plumbing fixed my guest bathtub. This problem has existed since the house was built. The previous owners even cut an access panel in the wall trying to fix it. Before calling Berry Plumbing, I tried to fix it, and I had another plumber and a handyman try to fix it. All without success. "Well first off, I called ANOTHER plumber with a tankless hot water heater issue and I got bad news, the OTHER plumbing company said it could not be fixed and had to be replaced and quoted me a price of 3600.00. This tech was knowledgeable and took the time to listen and solve my problem and said he would be following up with me the next day to make sure everything was working. He was very AWESOME!!. Also, the office manager was extremely nice and polite along with the owner. All three took the time to listen to me vent and got a plan in place and solved my issue. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again when I have issues. Thanks guys, I now have hot water again!!!!!!"
