"Called to schedule an appointment. Girl answers the phone, "Sir we open at 8:15" You mean in 2 minutes? "Yes sir, 8:15" It's now 8:32 and the line has been busy 3 times. Since the inconvenience of scheduling my appointment 2 minutes early was too much to bear, I'll save you the trouble of doing it at all. What's the point of answering the phone just to tell someone you won't talk to them?"

"Trying 4 days to talk to these folks. My Dr even sent a referral. They don't answer the phones. I get a message saying. Sorry. This voice mail is full"

"Would do negative stars if they'd let you. Dr. Stone sent me to TGMC for X-rays and an MRI for a knee injury. Waited over 2 weeks and heard nothing back from them. I called and asked about the test results. The girl told me , "if you want the results or see the doctor again , you have to call them, they don't call you with results, don't know why, I don't know what's going on here." That's a hell of response to a patient. Dr. Stone is a highly rated doctor but this office staff is as pathetically unprofessional as it gets. In my 73 years of seeing doctors I've never have been not advised of test results and what treatment needed to be done by a doctor's staff after they send you for tests. Talk about a don't give a damn attitude."
