"They claim to be an "urgent care" but they don't come close to meeting those legal requirements. One of the nurse practitioners completely blew off my son's symptoms even though they were serious. We ended up in the ER and Texas Children's the following day with a serious heart condition that required several days in the hospital. Multiple cardiologists told me how completely irresponsible this practice was by ignoring his EKG and symptoms. I've emailed multiple times requesting records and the name of this NP and they refuse to provide it to me (which is illegal). If you care about your loved ones, do NOT go to this place."
