Ochsner Children's Hospital - Emergency Room

"I’m an RN myself and this was a poor experience of an ER for my daughter with complex needs. The nurses are LAZY! They sit there and talk about other patients loudly. NOT ONCE DID HER NURSE COME IN AND ROUND ON HER. We were just there sitting there waiting. I asked for my daughter some Tylenol because she was in pain and was told “our Pyxis is down.” So what? Find some damn Tylenol!!! I cursed those nurses out the majority of our 7 hours there under my breath. Talk about pissed. Poor experience and we will try our best to NEVER come back here."

"Lazy lazy lazy bunch of doctors. No excuse !! Very unprofessional doctor's who sit on their butts an look stupid at you Not even a greeting . Instead of taking care of their patients . LAZY They stick children in a stinky room then forget about them .I actually walked out of the room to get served then of course a doctor came in the room Remember when I said something about them all just sitting around . I'm so sorry that I even brought my child here . Very poor poor service Children 's Hospital would've never did this to a child . My child received absolutely no care So yeah tonight wasn't my night Main Campus Pediatric sucks!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR'S !!!!!! Very disappointed at this establishment!!!!!"
