"I had initially posted a 1 star review due to the quality of the groom done by a very new employee. The owner has since contacted me directly and fixed all issues I had with the first groom. She was very professional and respectful. My dog and I left happy and plan to return to her in the future."

"Have had our dog groomed several times here and have been happy with the results. However, this last time I dropped my dog off and they told me it would be two hours and when I called two hours later , they said it would be two hours later than that. Not the way to do business.. I purposefully stayed on this side of town 4 2 hours to be able to pick my dog up.. The owner met me at the counter and was very apologetic..She explained that to groom a large dog takes 4 hours and that she would talk to the employee who said 2 hours..My dog looks great..."

"They require shots. This is good. However, you can't stay with your pet as they groom the animals. With all the news about the hurt animals, not here, not saying they have or do, just would like to be there with my animal as it's done or be able to watch through a clear window. I would be willing to pay more to be able to do this. This place does not offer these options. The girl on the phone was professional. I will look for a groomer that I can watch groom my pets and be there with my pets."

"I’ve taken my pets to Howling Hotel since they opened. They always do a wonderful job, but the MOST important thing is how they treat my pets. They are so kind, loving and compassionate. My dog recently went blind and I took her in for her first groom since she lost her vision. When I picked her up, not only did she look amazing, but she was relaxed and comfortable. No signs of stress. These guys are just the best."

"This is a great place to get dogs groomed. I brought my poodle here and they did a really good job. My dogs seem less stressed after visiting this place (versus other groomers). I wanted to get all my dogs in to be groomed, but they were too busy this week."
