"Just moved to BR from Nola and I was expecting to have to do a couple of different salons for my yorkies to find the right place iykyk and I found it on the first try . Lovely people answering the phone the desk and intake but most importantly they did an amazing job on my dogs . My pictures are not the best but just check out the fade from legs to body on my bigger yorkie Captain it’s seamless and Cohiba my smaller dog struggles with being very nervous and between selling houses and moving my family it was difficult to keep him brushed and they got his thin little hair back to silky smooth without losing length or stressing him out THANK YOU ! Also there’s a yummy loaded tea shop next door . Check them out ."

"Mrs. Beverly and her staff have been, and continue to be, PHENOMENAL! I’ve had/have two cockers (Lady, now gone and Bella) now a grand dog, Australian shepherd who has been perfectly cared for and groomed. Thank you!"

"They do great work. However, the amount of time it takes to get a dog groomed is absurd. Last time we dropped our puppy off, we were told to drop him off for 8:30, we dropped him off before then (around 8:10). They say they'll call when your dog is ready for pickup but that last time, I had to call them to finally hear he was ready for pickup which wasn't until almost 8pm. This time, same deal. 8:30a drop off time, I dropped him off at 8:25a. No call throughout the day, I called around 6p to check in and they said he wasn't ready yet and that they were "running super behind." Around an hour and a half later, we went to the actual store and they said he still wasn't ready but would give us a call when he was. I called again at 9p and they said he's not ready but they're working on him. I asked how long it would be and they (hesitantly and almost questioningly) said about an hour. We said we would just come get him regardless. So, after almost 13 hours, we are back home with a dog that isn't fully groomed. They were very apologetic but it seems like this is a consistent problem that could be avoided with better communication with clients and/or hiring more hands to help."

"I've been taking my fur baby to Beverly's Grooming off and on since 2016. I've never had any issues. The staff is always friendly and they take good care of my girl. She hates going to any groomer but she's always happy when I bring her to Beverly's. And now that they have opened a second location it is even easier to get an appt. Not too mention the hours of operation are a blessing! Thanks for all you do to keep my baby looking and smelling amazing!"
