"Used this company for my son’s medication! We seen 3 different counselors in the past year we have been with them went on Christmas break just to find out they dropped my son as a client. Everytime my son gets comfortable with a counsler they eaither quit or something happens and now he’s dropped and told me my insurance company isn’t paying anymore when I called them twice and they stated they will pay services but reasource manement needs to send the proper paperwork. Call the office and Susan never calls me back after requesting a call back! Or I get transferred to the Jennings location daily bc the lake Charles office is always in meetings!!!"

"May have to move back to Louisiana from Texas just to get services again. The staff were like family to me. So far,I have been struggling to get any mental health care in Beaumont from DHS...."

"This company does not keep their counseling employees for very long , at all..You or your child should get to know someone & build trust in able to rely on them to counsel , being with them for 2 years I was not able to see that they have that stability for their clients. It was very sad and upsetting we’d receive a new call, text or even visit at the front door saying hello I’ll bee the new counselor so many times , I chose to exit this program. I’m very hopeful that other places are not the same at all.. If you don’t believe me, see for yourself .."
