"If I could give no stars I would the worst place to ever bring your kids .PSA they don’t know how to schedule and both times they scheduled me and called me both times to let me know that the doctor Wouldn’t be in. This place needs to be shut down it’s pointless and useless. And a waste of space"

"I bring my kids here for their dental check up but I'm done bringing them there I've had nothing but rude people everytime we went there never again will I be disrespected and honestly I feel like It's a bad thing bringing my children there I will just look for another dentist for them both don't worry about either one of my kids anymore their attitudes are what Is driving people away. Dylan and Aubrie would be better off seeing a different dentist I'm sure where ever we go we will be respected."

"IF YOURE GOING TO COME HERE TAKE A MORNING APPOINTMENT. We have always come to Taylor Dental. The hygienists are nice. My 9 year old is autistic and doesn't like to be touched by strangers but the staff here always handles him with respect and kindness. No cavities. My 5 year old just lost his first tooth and is losing the other soon. I love that this office doesn't give me an existential crisis when I take my children for their checkups. The staff is always kind and friendly. The new office looks great. The staff were on top of the hygiene.I brought my niece but she refused her X ray. The only thing is that I wanted to help the staff so I wouldn't have to do another checkup. Fantastic otherwise."

"I don't love this clinic. My appointment was at 1:00 pm. I arrived 15 minutes before and there wasn't a single patient. They started arriving after me. Everyone who arrived later started passing me before me, even at 2:00 pm and they don't move on to anything else, parents. They don't allow you to enter with your child, something that is worrying and my daughter told me that she didn't like the treatment.0 estrella sin contar que el servicio del frente no te atiende bien sino con prepotencia espero mejore algún Día"

"If I could have chosen 0 stars, I would have. To start off, the first appointment my kids had, we drove over an hour to get to the appointment and they were closed. They claimed they called us and the number was wrong but they had my accurate number and I never received a call. The next appointment we went to, they were open and my son had abcessed tooth. Looked like he had a baseball in his mouth. They said they would call in pain medicine and antibiotics. By the next day, the pharmacy had not received anything and of course the dentist office was closed. I had to take him to urgent care to get the meds he needed. The next appointment we went to, we sat in the waiting room 2 hours past appointment time before we were even called back. They offered to let us reschedule because they were behind, but after being there so long, we decided to wait. We were there all together over 4 hours. My son needed to come back for a cleaning after his tooth infection cleared up. Drove over an hour for that appointment and they say the dentist isn’t in and they need to reschedule me. Claim they called me but it was the wrong number but after telling me what they had, it was the correct number. Absolutely will not go to the appointments scheduled and would never refer anyone to them."
