Nicholson Gateway Apartments

"Pros: - Very clean - Spacious - Nice view depending on where your room is located - Close to restaurants and grocery store (walking distance) - I'm able to park my car in the garage not matter what time - Rather live in Nicholson than anywhere else - Somewhat of a good place to live on game days! (walking distance to the stadium) Cons - Walls thin (I could literally here someone talking on their phone next door as well as the toilet flushing) - Felt like I was living in a dorm sometimes - I had to pay $5-$10 because I left my Tiger card key in my room. That should be free unless you lose your hard key as well as your Tiger card. - Maintenance entered my room twice without notice - Wish Nicholson was gated to avoid break-ins from burglars - On game days it will take you an hour to get back to your apartment due to traffic (understandable) Overall a good place to live with just a few flaws that were manageable. Just need to be aware/alert on stuff.... I have lived in Nicholson since it was first built! Hope this help!"

"Thin walls, small rooms, large bathrooms though, quite overpriced, especially when compared to off campus offerings, and not as close to classes as it seems but nearby Mathernes and Wendy's is nice. Was clean and well maintained but felt more like a dorm than apartment"

"Abslutley zero parking if you try to park past 10 pm. LSU really should have planned better logistically speaking."
