"None of the staff at BRCC communicates to students for financial aid or student services for classes and such. I will consistently email once every other day for a simple answer and I get nothing. I also have to take time out of my work hours to come to this facility once every week to make sure things are done which they never end up being finished or even looked at. I wish people cared about their job and students more."

"Haven’t answered my calls (or called back) for weeks and no staff to help in person… there is no way to receive assistance. I’ve come four times to campus to accomplish 2 things. Neither have been resolved. No accountability and no leadership here. I hate to leave a bad review on the school I attend but people are not doing the jobs they are getting paid to do."

"As an eternal student, I’ve been to a few colleges in my day and as far as state schools go; this is one of the best I’ve been a student at. There are a few instructors and courses that push certain ideologies that I’m not a huge fan of, but you’re gonna have that at most institutions of higher education. There’s some real opportunities at BRCC to enhance yourself and make a better life, I definitely suggest it for all undergraduate courses before jumping into a more expensive university"

"I am not going to say don't attend that is your choice. This is my experience, I have complete a class with a passing grade and they gave me a failing grade after it was all said and done. I have reached out to the professor no response. The second step requires documentation or they reject the appeal. I DONT HAVE DOCUMENTATION because why would I and the class no longer shows up in my history on Canvas. Seems Like a scam I paid for the class, passed it and they fail me. If this is not corrected this will be my last semester at Brcc. All I can say is at the end of each semester check your grades on degree dashboard and do this for 2 semester after. Also screenshot all grades on canvas for proof."

"Complete core courses and leave!!!! This place is horrible, financial aid gave me incorrect information. The financial aid advisor assigned to me was no help at all and never answered my emails or calls. The professors are average at best. Please, do yourself a favor and leave whenever you can! If everyone learn their job duties without the attitude everything would be better. Plus the dean does not care about the students at all. I understand everyone has their own issues but they signed up for the job, not us. This place is pitiful"
