"Just received a call from Erica about my loan with American Cash Advance. I answered the phone very polite. "Hello, this is Shavarn. How may I help you." Erica says; Yes, Are you coming in today to make your payment? So at this time im wondering who is this, what payment, and why are you so aggressive? She answer those questions( still with a aggressive tone) yeah we gave you a loan on this date, we have been calling you and you beening lying to us about coming in, and your balance is now. I apologize to Erica. Stated that i was wasnt aware and that she would receive a payment next week. Erica then says okay because I just wanted to get the business clear. So now Erica has spoken to me with an aggressive tone, called me a liar, and threaten my life. At what point will it stop. After quickly viewing my call log on att.com, I informed Erica that this call was the first call since I received the loan (so whoever said they called.. DIDN'T), I don't appreciate her tone, and her threat was not needed. Erica then says, that how I talk, where are you from. Ms Erica, it doesnt matter where im from. There is a level of professionalism that should be maintained when speaking with a customer. At no point did I disrespect or speak to you in a ugly tone. I appreciate the phone call today and i will make sure everyone (management) knows about my experience so it wont happen to anyone else."
