I stayed in this office for at least 2hrs on July 25th to check on the loan I applied for on July 16th,and I was told that my paper work was lost. Now today is July 26th, and a paper was in my mailbox saying that I didn't qualify for the loan. The professional way to handle this, would have been to tell me face to face instead of putting a piece of paper in my mail box on the very next day. After my visit to your office the day before."
