"The review is for the summer camp. The facility and the program are good, however, the management could be improved. Our daughter complaint about being hit unintentionally almost once a week (and she cried so it was not a gentle touch). I suspect that it was too crowded. Also, kids were taken out to the tennis court even when heat advisory was issued. Finally, the camp counselors are part time and some of them could be better trained."
"My kids and their dad work out at this gym every day, Suddenly the guy at the front desk snapped at my boys just because my boys didn’t have the card to scan in at the time, he was very rude and disrespectful to my son, he was practically yelling at him. The employees definitely need to be trained on customer service, if they don’t like customers they should NOT work the front desk. After all, the customers are the ones paying their salary. Do NOT forget, NO CUSTOMERS= NO PAY!"
