"Very hard to get anyone on the phone. Was told I would get a call back to schedule with someone that my insurance covers, but never got that call back. The few sessions I did pay out of pocket for were very impersonal. I was just another number under a blanket of statistics. I went in with an open mind but just wasn't being treated as an individual. I was also threatened to be sent to an inpatient hospital for the use of CBD."
