"Dr. Herbert was recommended after I wasn't satisfied with my son last doctor, but now I stuck looking for another doctor. Last time we went there his appointment was for 8, but was told he's running late, didn't see him until a lil after 10. Then the next appointment was scheduled for the wrong date, after that the appointments started being canceled, then the bad part about it, they call you the day of your appointment to cancel. We have had 3 appointments canceled. Want be going back and want recommend this doctor are his office to no one."

"Unfortunately my kids will not be attending Dr. Cory Hebert‘s office anymore. I highly recommend Dr. Corey Hebert but unfortunately I would not recommend that office to anyone. Very unprofessional crew that he has. Overall they are very rude. I’ve been there 4 times I’ve never gotten a good Morning or good afternoon from the lady that sit in the front window. At our last visit we waited 2 hours and my kids was only getting shots and we we’re not accommodated so we left. The lady called me on the phone and asked why we left, before I can say anything she hangs up in my face. Very unprofessional. I came all the way from Houston Texas to find a great doctor. Cory Hebert is great but his team of medical assistance, nurses etc are not even close to being good and are very unprofessional. I will never recommend this office to no one."

"Dr. Hebert is a excellent doctor, BUT his office isn't. The quality of service with his front office needs improving. The nurse NEVER returns our PHONE call, which I was very surprised. Unfortunately my grandchild will not be returning. She has been waiting for the nurse to call so she can receive her other to shots and it's been "3 WEEKS" with to calls to the office and NO ONE HAS CALLED US BACK!!!! Poor service, Dr. Hebert you need to take note on improving the service to your patients."

"Dr Hebert was the best doctor my oldest son ever had, he was born with health issue so he wasn't too fond of medical professionals after being poked and proded most of his little life but from the moment he met Dr. Hebert at the age of three until he passed away at the age of 8, He was actually excited to see his doctor. My two younger kids also see him and the way he interacts with kids is awesome, he listens and gives them great advice. I highly reccomend Dr. Hebert he is a really good physician!"
