"Dr. Dargan is a phenomenal doctor. The wait times are borderline unbearable. If you have any plans for the day this isn’t the place. I recommend trying to get the first appointment for the day if not you will sit. Appointment for 10:15 and 12pm I’m still waiting."

"Let me just say I have 3 daughters who have been going here since 2011 and I have always wanted to switch their dr but kept putting it off but this just took the cake today!! I had an appointment for 10am and I arrived at 9am after I dropped my other kids off at school. I went to the front desk after waiting for an hour and asked how long till my child is seen she said, “they have 3 people in front of her“ I said, “I’ve been here an hour and my appointment was for 10am” she said, “there is 9:15 and 9:45 appointments before me” keep in mind it is now 10:05 and I have been waiting an hour already and more importantly why is a 9:15 appointment still waiting after an hour? I didn’t expect to be seen before my appointment time but I did expect to be seen at my appointment time I went there 3 weeks ago to get my daughters ears pierced and I was supposed to be in and out. They brought us to the back right away marked her ears and left out the room. We ended up waiting for almost 2 hours and after my daughter fell asleep we left without our daughters ears pierced! Moral of the story they are slow as hell even if you show up to your appointment before or on time and if your late they penalized you but they are allowed to have you waiting for 2 plus hours."

"Wait times are a hour long. Don't bother showing up on time it would be best to show up a hour before. When they do call you to the back. You have to wait in another room. The doctors and staff are great."

"Nasty place. No room separate for sick kids. Kids are running around touching everything. Potentially getting other kids sick. Great staff and Doctors, but they over book appointments and dont have enough one on one time with each patient. Been here since 9:30. I had a 10:15 appointment and as usual i am still sitting in the waiting room. After 2 years of fighting this battle with this dirty place, I give up. I will never walk into this office again. I'm completely disgusted and I fully believe the place should be shut down until they can get their priorities straight. I don't recommend anyone to bring their children to this place. #onemadmom"
