"My children have been with Dr. turner their ENTIRE LIFE. MY OLDEST IS 18! I am sad to say The customer service and care for the patients has declined tremendously. They never return phone calls or follow up with patients. Leave and close the office at any time. I trusted Dr. Turner LITERALLY with my most prized possessions. For the 2/3rd time this office has left my child Without a NEEDED DAILY communication.This time for SEVERAL DAYS . the communication is poor and the lack of care it ENOUGH FOR ME! I can not Keep chancing my daughters health and wellbeing. They close the clinic at ANYtime regardless of business hours. Its all on HOW THEY FEEL. If the last patient leaves early then the clinic is just CLOSED! I can’t keep leaving my job chasing a doctors office for my daughter’s prescriptions. ( FYI THEY DO NOT USE ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS. SO I HAVE TO GO THERE TO PICK UP A PHYSICAL SCRIPT). Its a huge set back when she goes without her medication and I need someone that cares to provide her HEALTH CARE. They are excellent for routine check Ups and the common colds but I wouldn’t recommend them for anything more. A huge disappointment after 18 years!"
