A individual showed up drunk to my residence and my wife called the police, the individual was told that he was not allowed on the premises and not to exit his vehicle, to no avail. The individual exited vehicle and charged me throwing his hands at me. In self defense I slapped this individual with an opened hand twice and I called the police giving his name and vehicle description as he fled . Mr. Marino continued to fight and win numerous objections by the DA throughout the trial never giving up and totally taking the District Attorney to school in this case.
