"You had to teach yourself all of the material. Absolutely no support whatsoever."
"Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. The lack of communication with the staff is unbelievable. I would have full on conversations with people on the phone, then not hear back for days or weeks on tight deadlines. Was assigned a “student success” coach that knew nothing about what I was doing in school. The lack of guidance in choosing classes and time lines etc was so frustrating. I was advised to sign up for a class, I did so. Was dropped from the class because “I wasn’t supposed to be in it” (even though I was literally told to). Then after dropping I called to ask what happened. Was called back over a week later with a vague response and NOBODY TOLD ME THAT I WAS BILLED FOR THE CLASS EVEN THOUGH I WASNT EVEN ENROLLED IN IT. Then when I asked about it I was given the run around and treated as if I was the biggest idiot in the world for signing up for a class I was literally told to. How else would a new person whose never been in school just pick a random class and try to go to school? Unbelievable. Now they won’t respond to any emails I sent about the charge. Place is a joke."
