Bieber Animal Hospital

"Our family is completely broken. Our pup went under anesthesia, roughly, a month ago at Bieber to remove a growth off of her tail and to have X-rays taken of her lungs for concerns of a cough. We recently switched vets to Bieber because it was closer to home. After the procedure, she completely lost her appetite and began a slippery slope down hill. Long story short, we ended up going to University in Lake Charles to try and determine what was going on. Despite multiple tests, X-rays and ultrasounds, University could not determine the problem and was unable to do exploratory surgery due to the state she was in. When we called Bieber to ask for the biopsy results of the growth that was removed they said it was thrown away because we never said we wanted that done. I was in utter shock. We are proactive pet owners and wanted nothing more than what was best for our pup which is why we stated the concern regarding the growth. We exhausted all efforts in trying to find out the cause of her sudden decrease in health. It was the most miserable month we could have experienced. Unfortunately we lost our beloved pup yesterday. I recommend that you have clear communication with Bieber because they will turn your words around. A biopsy of the growth on her tail could have been our missing piece that would have given us the answers we needed."

"My little dog was attacked by a big dog in our yard and his skin was ripped and we called and they got him in right away. Everyone is very nice and they take good care of your animals. Milo chewed his stitches off and we called them and we sent a picture the next day they called back and told us to bring him back so they could restitch him... They kept him over night picked him up the next day .. hoping he doesn't keep chewing them off. Bought him a sweater so maybe he will quit chewing on the stitches and drain tube."
