"I had an awful experience here. After seeing Dr. Andrews for a pre-surgical clearance and awaiting labwork on a Monday, I finally called on Thursday after never hearing anything. (My surgery was the following Wednesday) and was finally called back Friday to tell me my labwork was abnormal and I needed to come in to his office and get a referral. A nurse didn't call me, just a young front desk receptionist who offered no further explanation other than my lab was abnormal and I needed a referral. I asked why I needed to come back in for a referral and was told "just to talk about it with him" It was very unprofessional the way things were handled and I am not sure I would've ever heard from their office had I not got my surgeon's office to call."

"I really wanted to be happy with this physician. He is local and a man of color but my last appointment had to be rescheduled because he wasn't even in the office. I waited 45 min before they revealed that info. Next day, I waited an hour after scheduled appointment before he came in. He offered no excuse and that was concerning. I won't completely discount him but another incident like this and I'm outta here. Get it together Dr. Andrews, we need you."
