"The building looks very old and has many structural issues. The maintenance is slow and I'm told had to do repairs constantly. There's also a wasp problem on my side of the building. They aren't aggressive but having dead wasps in the hallway isn't nice. A ceiling light cover was held together by tape and almost fell on my roommates head as he was unpacking (mind you that this happened almost immediately as we moved in). Even if we weren't in a pandemic, disinfecting the place you're staying in would be advised because it looks like this place hasn't been updated or deep cleaned in a very, very long time. Everyone in the building has to rely on one elevator, and the school doesn't seem keen on fixing the other one."
