"Needed a fast response for 2 strays we found and couldn't keep but when you call, they won't answer the phone and instead tell you on the voice-mail to contact 1 of 2 people via call or text. Took someone forever to text me back and they didn't say anything other than "Send a picture" and then I didn't hear back from them. Honestly I understand they're probably busy people but if you aren't going to hire someone to actually man a front desk and answer phone calls, you need to hire people so you can respond to your messages in a timely manner."

There is a cat house to separate them from the dogs. The dogs are separated by size (small, medium, and large). They are waiting for their furever homes.
