"I came in to PetSmart to p/u my online order that was paid for. This was Tuesday evening, Nov. 15. The woman that I asked to help me said I had to wait in line for her to give me my order and the lines were long. She had a set of keys, so I guess she is a supervisor or something. She helped the other cashier with her keys on that register. I understand I would need to wait for her to finish the customer she was waiting on, but I did not think I should have to wait at the back of the line. When you order online your supposed to be able to skip the line. What's the purpose of ordering online? She said she did this to every customer that's picking up an online order. She was very rude about it. I did wait in line but I was so embarrassed by her attitude toward me in front of everybody!"
