"Packaging and moving in San Antonio was great. Customer care (Kayla) failed to reply to initial e-mail requests until we asked for an escalation. When we confirmed closing and requested delivery information, once again Kayla was nonchalant and gave the impression that she really could care less. I requested updates daily and was initially informed the drivers truck broke down in Austin and she would update us with a status. Kayla never provided an update until I requested one the following day. Crickets The next day I requested an update and Kayla said the driver was in Lawton, OK. Nothing else. I asked if he picked up our load and was dropping off in Lawton prior to delivering our load in Colorado. Once again crickets. I called again today and once again left a message requesting an update. Kayla returned my call today only to inform us that the shipment would be delayed and would surpass the guarantee delivery date. When I requested to speak with her supervisor, she said her supervisor was not currently available but she would send a message asking her to call me. Kayla once again showed her unprofessionalism by laughing before she hung up. I will not use Allied again and I hope no one else ever has to work with Kayla."
