"I Always had a great experience with the Staffing and I think VERY HIGHLY of Dr. Ladd I would recommend him to anyone. BUT WHAT I Wasn't Very Happy With is I fail ill on my appointment because I suffered from Vertigo you can't function So I had to forced myself to call CIS in early morning to rescheduling On my new appointment time they told me I had to pay $50 extra on top of my copay for missing the appointment This illness is in my medical records. If I could have made that Appointment I Would have. I don't believe that myself or any other patients should be charged that Insane Amount Of Money! . This is how CIS Managment operate this clinic. I feel there are certain exceptions that the patients should not be charged not being able to make appointment if they have a legitimate reason of which I had. Again Dr. Ladd is a Great Doctor. M. A.
