"Why is mail delivered at different times. Also carriers are delivering mail for correct addresses. This happens frequently."

"My mail was returned to post office because carrier said my address doesn’t exist. I’ve been here 45 years! How are these people trained? When you call because businesses are calling to say your mail has been returned to sender there is no one to answer the phone or they don’t want to answer. Hours are supposed to be till 4:30 but no one will pick up the phone."

"There have been so many issues: packages being delivered to wrong house, packages not being delivered to my front door and being left half way down my driveway in the elements, packages being marked as "customer advised hold for pick-up" when I've been waiting all day for my packages to arrive and never advised such a thing, found out when I checked the tracking at 4:30 pm after they had already closed. Absolute terrible delivery service. The only time I've received good service was I called in and reached a very nice gentlemen when searching for yet another package that never arrived."
