"Service sucks!! Guess employees decide when they're ready to work. Pulled up to drive-in about 730 this morning. Can see ppl inside but still waited 10mins in drive-in with no other vehicles in line or customers inside and no one asked to take my order. Pretty sure they were just looking at me waiting to see when I'd finally give up."

"The floor was really sticky like it was cleaned with a sticky substance. It was very challenging to communicate with the person taking our order. Had to clarify multiple times and what we were ordering. The order wasn't processed correctly either."

If I still worked retail I would come back and steal these employees for my business because of how good their customer service is!
