"The upper management is terrible! The workers are overworked and very underpaid! They are exspected to go over above and beyond with little pay, the owner in Mississippi is a very greedy man, the storages are also over priced! Wouldn’t recommend these storages to anyone, Ashley and Candice are terrible upper management which is why staff is a revolving door, so glad my wife and dad no longer work there"

"I was in need of a unit at short notice and I called Tellus Self Storage, where I was greeted by the most delightful employee by the name of Kelly. She really takes pride in her job, and doesn't mind going the extra mile to assist. I really appreciate her positive energy and fast acting. From the moment I called she made sure if they could help me, I was helped. Even when I couldn't figure out an issue with their FREE rental truck, she ran over to help put my mind at ease about it. LOL! at that point, it didn't even matter that the truck was not in the best shape. Awesome job Kelly, please keep doing what you do, I my book, you're an asset."
