"I went to the FedEx inside of Denham Springs a couple of days ago and I'd give the young lady behind the counter 20 stars if I could honestly. I can't remember her name for the life of me, but I believe it started with a K. She is what you call perfection of customer service. She had to walk me through everything step by step since I was shipping two 20 pound boxes. She remained upbeat, positive, patient and went out of her way to show me several different things actually. I've worked in customer service/Hospitality industry for over 20 years and it's refreshing to see someone else who's in it for the right genuine reasons - because they WANT to help others.....and it showed on her. Definitely will return there for future shipments."
