We are an Accredited Bible College, American College Theological Seminary International University as a Member of the Accrediting Commission International for schools, Colleges, and Theological Seminaries. Dr. Paulette Woods Douglas serves as the Chancellor and Founder of ACTSIU. In July 2023, Christian Counseling services will be offered. Dr. Douglas holds a Bachelors in Criminal Justice, Masters in Christian Counseling, Doctorate in Pastoral Care, Chaplaincy License and training, and 15 years of Counseling experience.

The institution also offers a range of degree programs, including Bachelors of Arts in Christian Leadership and Biblical Studies, Masters Degree in Christian Counseling, Theology, and Biblical Studies, Master of Divinity, Master of Arts, and Doctorate Degrees in Biblical Studies, Pastoral Care, and Education. Divinity degrees focus on preparing ministers for preaching, pastoral, and missions ministry.

Potential students are welcome to explore the Hebrew course offered as a certificate independent course or as part of the degree program. Learning Hebrew can help understand the 4 Levels of Hebraic interpretation. Keep in mind that thunderstorms, some strong, are expected on Monday morning through Monday evening.
