"Went there to pick up a package that was suppose to be sent to my home, but didn't. Was told by UPS it was there. When to the customer service desk and was told by them they could not find my package at all and does not know where it is. Was told I would get a call from them about the status of the package, but never go lt a call from them and they do not have a number to call them and ask about my package they lost."

"Chanel was the most disrespectful UPS worker I’ve ever encountered. She contacted me about my package, when I returned her call, she stated she didn’t even know why she called me, and what did I want. Very RUDE. She also started calling out names, and hung up the phone in my face 3 times. If I could give 0 stars I would."
