"1/27/24: still no word from post office regarding missing package. 1/25/24: USPS sent me a text notification that the package that was scheduled to be delivered January 25th via Priority mail (for which I paid an exorbitant fee) was delivered in/at my apartment complex mailbox at 6:19 p.m. When I went to the mailbox to pick it up 20 minutes later, the package was not in the mailbox, although the other mail that was scheduled to be delivered that day according to my informed delivery account was in the mailbox. I sent a message via Facebook to the USPS, and the rep sent an email message to the station manager. Today I received a reply: the regular mail carrier did not work yesterday, and the route was split between two other carriers. The station manager was supposed to talk to the mail carrier that delivered the mail to my apartment complex, but of course I haven't heard anything further yet. This is only the latest in a long line of problems having packages delivered to me via USPS. The packages are either delivered late or they're not delivered at all, and I have to jump through hoops to get a replacement or a refund for whatever I had ordered. The days of the USPS being able to reliably and accurately deliver mail and packages are long gone, and those of us who still have to depend on them are just out of luck."

"Wow. I’ve never been inside this facility but I did drop off a small package in the drive by mailbox on a Saturday afternoon. It was New Year’s weekend and I wasn’t sure if it would move before the following Tuesday (Jan 2). To my absolute surprise, the tracking showed the package was in PA by late Sunday night! I’m super impressed. Now looking at these reviews, and everyone can’t be lying or exaggerating, I’m very skeptical about using this location. I’m an Etsy seller and sometimes need to ship a package on Saturday and this location is the only choice local to me. We’ll see how it goes. I hope that somehow people start taking more pride in themselves and how they do their jobs. It feels better at the end of the day knowing you did the right thing. Well, it should."

"Ordered both packages Dec. 15 with priority shipping that ensured arrival before Christmas. Transition was smooth until they got to this hub, now they’ve been sitting for three days with no update. Thanks for ruining my Christmas."

"I am certain that the goal of this post office is to see just how far off course they can route your parcel. Over and over again-- what should be very simple routing sends packages all over the country. "Suck" isn't a strong enough word."
