"I guess I should've known this doctor had issues when my appointment was made so quickly. My initial appointment was made for a Monday afternoon. Got a call the day before that it had to be rescheduled as the doctor had surgery. I thought that off as usually surgeries are scheduled a week or two in advance and are usually in the morning, but figured maybe it was a semi-emergency. So it was rescheduled to the following Monday afternoon. Again, got a call the day before that it had to be rescheduled as, again the doctor had surgery. I asked how soon it could be reset and she said "any Monday or Wednesday." So I asked if that Wednesday was available. She said yes, so I asked what time..."Whenever! We don't have many new patients right now." (Odd!) I arrived and the huge lobby was *empty*! I go in expecting to see the doctor but it was his male nurse practitioner. No biggie.... But he committed what I consider the #1 sin... He compared his pain and experience to my pain and experience. No one experiences pain the same and he has no clue what I've been through or what I'm going through! Finally the doctor comes in... In short, I found them both to be rather arrogant, condescending and uncompassionate, talking to me like I was an ignorant child. I'm definitely recommending to my PCP to not refer patients there again!"

"He is a very good Doctor straight to the point! So far so good with my surgery the only complaint I have is his staff in office. The receptionist is wonderful but it is totally impossible to talk to someone if you have questions or concerns. I’ve been calling, left multiple messages on their voicemail with 2 different nurses and still have not received a call back. Overall he is a great doctor just his staff needs working on…"

"Went in for what I thought was my 2nd appt to schedule surgery. Office called 2 wks prior to set up "pre surgery testing", but I asked to be seen again to discuss things before scheduling. After an hour, 45 minutes drive I arrived only to be told that he had reviewed my film the week prior & decided that my case was "too complex" and was referring me to Shreveport University. At least that was one of the lines used. Of the 3 office staff that spoke to me, no one was quite sure what had happened or the reason why no one called to cancel before I made the long drive. Even received an appt confirmation text the Friday before the Monday appt. Yesterday was totally NOT in line with what had been discussed in my first visit in Oct. At that time he looked at the same film as he supposedly did last week and said he could help me. Something stinks about this whole situation and he didn't feel the need to explain to me personally. Very upset and would not recommend him to anyone if this is how they treat patients."
