Dr. Ramesh Karia, MD

"If I could leave zero stars I would. This is by far is the worst doctor I have ever experienced and the appointment was only 10 minutes long. Me and my husband have become care takes for my husband’s father and had no clue what his medical status was, after a week long stay at the hospital his labs were still bad so we had to go visit Dr. Karia. As soon as he walked in he started summarizing previous health issues and when I asked for him to explain because we had no prior information given and wanted to see what all he knew he began yelling. I mean YELLING at me that “his pcp should take care of this” and I shouldn’t “blame him” when all that was asked is if he could elaborate what was wrong with my FIL’s liver. My husband then explained his mom (who took care of him) had passed and now we are taking care of him and just needed to know what all was wrong he responded with “liver issue, blood issue” and then asked to schedule bone marrow test. I started to ask what to do in the mean time with his current bad lab results and he cut me off and told me to talk to the lady at the front desk and walked out. The lady at the front desk is the only good thing about this doc appointment, I pray she is well paid to deal with someone like this everyday . This doctor had no care or concerns for my FIL or his health. Saying Dr. Karia has no bedside manner is an UNDERSTATEMENT."

"I'm one that values reviews left by other people. There's always some truth to them within reason. I knew from the beginning this doctor was bad news. But we still went here. Thank God it wasn't for anything serious. Consultations are extremely unproductive. He doesn't order anymore tests after first set of tests. And all he does is read the results of old tests back to you, and continues to schedule future appointments. We try to ask questions and the response is always talk to your family doctor about that. When I had my bone marrow test done, a test that can be painful for some, he came into the room and didn't say good morning or anything. He has very BAD bed side manner. Just trying to help other people by posting a review. Hope your experiences are better!"

"This guy is not a good doctor. He is bad news. Do yourself a favor and don't waist your time. No stars at all if possible."
