"Mr. Castillo has been extremely unhelpful as a urology nurse practitioner. He doesn’t help diagnose the problem with any tests at all. All he does is keep you on antibiotics for going on five months straight now, and has not offered to do any scans or diagnostic tests to see the actual underlying problem. What kind of actual “doctor” does that? On top of that, the Oschner appointment system is the worst I have ever experienced. You can’t even talk to the office staff as a person even as an established patient. They send you to schedule on the app and instead of getting an actual appointment, all it does is have someone call you back to make an appointment. You end up playing the endless game of telephone tag. Then, when you are actually lucky enough to make an appointment, it is TWO months out and in the meantime you are just living with your pain with no solution in sight. Same deal when trying to get a refill on a medication that is not even a controlled substance. The entire system makes you jump through endless hoops instead of being “easy” as oschner says. Oschner tries to sell this as an advanced technology on their “holding messgae” on the phone, which it is clearly not. Do not come here. Do not see this “doctor.”"

"I called to be seen for yet another kidney stone. They got me in quick. We did exray and couldn't see it. He says he is scheduling a CT. I'm on day 4 and still no ct. I've called and staff is in no hurry to get this approved by insurance. I know insurance drag but staff needs to stay on them. Thankfully what I think is a stone , prise God it's not painful like my past. I do not care for his staff. I feel Dr. Castillo needs to be more assertive and explain in detail what he thinks. Once I figure out what is going on inside me. I will be finding another urologist. You may feel much different when you go and i hope you do."
