"Went in to get a quote for homeowners insurance. Front desk was having a conversation with someone in the lobby. They never acknowledged me, said "I will be with you in a moment " good morning anything. I don't expect you to drop what you are doing but if that is how I'm greeted as a potential customer how will I be treated when I have a claim. So after a minute or two standing there listening to the conversation I left."

"I called about a property that my sisters and I all own. The first thing I said is that I will be the caretaker of the property and we will use it as a family gathering place (my mom and one sister live on either side) but I will be the one there taking care of it. She was rude and after I said I will be living there but working from and apartment in another city she said that I already stated it would be a family gathering place. I said yes, with me being the one that stays there but we all have ownership. She again stated that if I was not there all the time that I could not get insurance. Do they not insure for off shore workers or people who travel? Why so rude? I wouldn't trust them with my homeowners."
