"I can't say enough good things about this facility! I was driving a 20' U-Haul truck towing a 12' trailer from Yuma Arizona, the truck broke down about an hour and a half from Lake Charles, and I had to get towed to Storage Mart. Elizabeth and Whitney were very accommodating! The wrecker had to leave the truck and trailer at the facility, and they allowed it in the one spot possible so as to not block others from accessing their units. In addition to them allowing the truck and trailer to be left on site, they gave me a unit as close as they possibly could. I highly recommend this facility based on the cleanliness of the grounds, units, and customer service! Elizabeth and Whitney will take care of you!"
