"I rarely go to this particular location. I don't live around this area, and I'm only speaking for the early morning crew. It was great. They made me laugh and my food was done within minutes. I would definitely come here for breakfast again. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the laughs."

"We ordered #7 combo/2 cheeseburgers (with pickles),fries & water...the fries were cold, the cheeseburgers were plain & sad and no pickles! We asked the employees for pickles & felt their resentment for doing so...sadly this happens too often at McDonald's locations. Nasty food, rotten attitudes/employees, unhappy customers=LOST Business for all McDonald's."

It has an odor to the meat and it's not pleasant. Please clean your grills! When using even baking soda to clean, it still needs to be rinsed."

"Tuesday, Sept. 26 around 10:00 I visited this McDonalds. I placed my order on the app as I always do. I waited at the menu speaker for a while. I was greeted right away but waited longer than usual for my order to be taken. So I pulled up to the serve window. I was greeted by a gentleman. Could have been the manager. I’m not sure. I didn’t get his name. He was kind and told me that they were short handed. From what I understood, there was only one other person working with him. I was reluctant I to wait but I decided too because he assured me that my order was coming up soon. It was a very welcome surprise to see this guy hustle to cars to bring them their food. It made my night because I don’t see this work ethic very often. I wish more workers were like this. He took pride in his job and I made sure to tell him that I noticed and appreciated him and his co-worker. Shout out to McDonalds on Nelson Road in Lake Charles!!!! Continue with that work ethic and it will take you very far. Thank you for showing me that it still exists. I was losing hope. Honestly."
