"Where to begin. We moved out of our previous house before the new one was ready. The USPS website states that they can hold your mail for up to 30 days. It sounded like a convenient option, considering I could just stop by and pick it up myself. Long story short. 10 days into this mess, I stopped by only to find out my mail has eluded the hold and is now MIA. The girl got all huffy with me as if I was somehow inconveniencing her. Then her supervisor comes around the corner and loudly states that my hold has apparently overwhelmed the staff and that they, “can’t be doing this much longer.” I left feeling embarrassed in the audience of the other customers. Later I realized that this location can only handle menial tasks. So don’t visit this location unless you only need to purchase stamps, or else you could jam up their whole operation. To this day, they have no idea where my mail is being held in that tiny building. I’ve since cancelled the hold and updated my address hoping that would simplify things. Nope…"

"This post office has great staff! They are always helpful and take care of business! The post master and mail carriers are all excellent at their job! I know people complain about lost packages and things taking so long to be shipped but that is not this post offices fault, it is the larger facilities who loose items and make delivery take so long. The only thing I would change about this office is the hours they are open, if they would only stay open till 6pm I would be able to drop off packages more often."

"Employees in the office are very friendly.. But, its been 24 days since I placed my order for the key to my lock box at the park I live in, and it's still not here.. every time I go into the office to retrieve my mail they have to wander around to locate it.. packages have been left at my door and misplaced and returned to sender.. this is ridiculous. I have never had so much problem when moving to get my mail.. And I move 3-4 times a year.. Very disappointed"

"If there was a zero star rating I would have done that! The staff is usually pretty friendly but they are constantly losing my packages and NEVER able to tell me why or where they are! Also sometimes we go a day or two without receiving mail and I know its not just ours because we have a neighborhood of people always complaining!! Please get it together Bc USPS... There's no sense in having a package on your truck all day long and it not being delivered by the end of the day."

"I don't ship stuff very often so having them take the time to pick the right size box, insurance etc really makes it easy and inviting. Ive gone to USPS's in Orange, and Beaumont and the Bridge City location has the nicest staff constantly. I only wish they had later hours one day a week (like the DMV)"
