"Body In Motion has turned into one of my favorite places ever. I have been a member for about 7 months now, and it is an awesome place to work out and make new friends. Working out has always felt like a chore, but BIM changed that for me. Ms. Shannon and her staff are absolutely wonderful, which helps make for the amazingly fun and relaxed atmosphere. I have never felt unwelcome there, which is great since I go as often as I can. I constantly see myself progressing and growing with every class. BIM has become an integral part of my life and turned into a second home complete with an amazing family."

"On March 8,2014 I was introduced to the v-steam at bim!I been wanting to write bim to share, how grateful I am that you introduced me to the v-steam! After coming with a group of friends for romekia "peddie" Freeman Birthday we were exposed to the pole dancing class and much more! I was told by my doctor that I couldn't have kids but after getting the v-steam, I now have a 4 month old that I truly adore! After doing the treatment my cycle became regular and my hormones was back on track! Honestly I didn't know how this was going to benefit me but I was happy to try! After my treatment was over the same night my cycle came and is now regular! The feeling I had after the treatment was amazing and I felt clean! I advise all women to try expecially if you having female problems! So with that I want to say I Thank God for bim and for introduced me to the v-steam!!"

"This studio has far exceeding my expectations. We booked a party for sat night but when we got here no one was here. We called the owner, shannan who explained that someone had cancelled or party. She was very apologetic about the mixup and up l opened the studio on Sunday when it was closed and made sure my girls and i had an awesome time. Exotic was an amazing instuctor and I did things I didn't think I could do. I so happy we got to have this experience and would recommend this studio for a fun girls night. Also for a great workout, my arms feel like jelly! Some business would have just said oh well and kept the deposit but you guys went above and beyond to make it right;from refunding our money to buying me a birthday cake to giving us an amazing class. Thanks again for accommodating us and making my birthday special."
