"The real estate course itself was very good. I took the in person class. But the benefits they offer like paying for your exam if you fail is a scam. I complied and met all criterias to receive the refund, but received nothing but excuses as to why I could not get a refund. FYI it’s just something they tell you to draw you into their school."

At first I was just studying with no direction, I was all over the place by just using different study methods and tools.I took Real Estate test twice and failed. I found Chris Donaldson two day crash course and passed with flying colors. Now 2022, I've been using Donaldson for CE since I been an agent and working towards become a broker using Donaldson Real Estate educational. "I never enrolled in their program; I don’t want to criticize the program because I’ve never joined the program; however my main focus is on insurance adjusters & I show this is a course they offer, but I only see advertising & videos for their real estate program. I even went to YOUTUBE to see if anything was provided there & there is nothing but more real estate. Im very skeptical about paying for their adjuster courses when all they promote & advertise is real estate."
