"If I could I will give it 0 stars!!!This is the absolute WORST STORAGE PLACE EVER!!!!! DIANE BERTIN should be FIRED!!!! She does not answer to emails and phone calls, and she would double charge your account!!! I closed my account in December, got all my stuff out and paid the price for December that she double my storage price on. Yet she trying to charge me for the month of January which I had all my stuff out in dec.She won’t received a penny from me. She the main reason why I’m taking my business somewhere else. She is a complete jerk and a ripoff!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN A DOG!!! My storage was 59.95 and then it went up to 65.99. And when I got the bill in December it was 209. So I closed my account right then and there. Dianne bertin has the worst customer service ever,bad attitude, and she a scammer!!!!! Please do not go there!!!! Take it from me I know."
"Good secure building with what seems like endless rows of storage units that are inside and temp controlled. They require you have a specific round lock and as long as your pay your monthly fees, everything goes smoothly!"
"This place canceled my unit without warning or reason although I never missed a payment nor was I ever late making a paymeny for the short 2 months that I rented the unit! Just horrible & beyond unprofessional, I will NEVER deal with U-Haul storage again & will make sure to let others know about this incident as well!"
"We had a reservation booked 2 weeks in advance, they didn't have it when we arrived. Had to get 2 different units and climate controlled was all they had available. Called corporate to complain and they agreed that I should only pay what i was quoted for my original reservation but that each facility has a manager that handles complaint. That manager called me and was rude and said well you didn't have to accept the units we offered. They lost my reservation!!!! Rudest worst place ever!!"
